SPARKLING SPRING DAYS with Julie Bowden – Kiln Time

90-minute workshop – cost £32.00

Julie offers a fun, relaxing 90-minute fused-glass workshop inspired by springtime. No experience or glass cutting required in this hands-on session. 

Choose one of the charming designs on offer, or go free-hand, and enjoy creating your own vibrant artwork using a wide palette of colours, including glow-in-the-dark options and helpful powdered glass shapes. You will make one artwork piece during this class.

Your artwork will be taken away at the end of the class to be fired and the finishing touches added, before being returned to you by post within two weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: There is an addition £5.00 postage charge, payable direct to the tutor during this class.

Meet the Tutor

Julie Bowden - With a BA(Hons) from Edinburgh College of Art and 30 years' experience working with kiln glass, Julie has exhibited her own work and tutored internationally. These days you will find her closer to home, sharing the therapeutic benefits of crafting and helping others discover the exciting possibilities of glass. ‘Kiln time’ was developed to provide welcoming and fun glass fusing workshops that are mindful and relaxing for everyone.
