In this class you will learn the art of hand knotting and stringing pearls and beads and will leave the workshop with a beautiful genuine pearl bracelet.

You will learn the techniques of knotting, spacing and how to neatly and elegantly finish ends with a silver clasp and loop.
 
Everyone will have lots of time to learn this great technique, which can be utilised to restring any beads in the future or indeed the family pearls!

This class covers traditional stringing and knotting and will be a wonderful asset to your jewellery making skills.

Advisory Note: 
All ages over 14 years with normal eyesight and dexterity (14 to 16 years with adult supervision only). 

Meet the Tutor
Elizabeth Hunt

Elizabeth is a talented jewellery designer who specialises in creating unique pieces using Argentium silver. She has also been teaching pearl stringing for over 10 years including classes at the previous WI headquarters at Denman in Oxfordshire. 

She is a skilled tutor who has demonstrated her techniques on Jewellery TV and at many live events. Her work is known for it’s high quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Elizabeth’s designs are both stylish and timeless, making them a popular choice among jewellery enthusiasts.
