Strawberry Mouse Needle Felting Workshop

Join Liberty for a relaxed, hands-on felting session where you will create an adorable little mouse, just about to tuck into a juicy strawberry. 

During this class you will explore how different types of wool behave, from smooth to textured, and learn how to work confidently with both twisted and straight felting needles. 

Whether you are just starting out or want to deepen your skills, this class is full of practical tips to help you build strong foundations in needle felting – all while enjoying the process with beautiful, natural materials.

Suitable for beginners and beyond, over the age of 15 years (under 16’s with adult supervision only). 

Meet the Tutor
Liberty Goodswen is an award-winning needle Felter – you may have seen her win ‘Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas’ on Channel 4, with her Donkey Wreath and also her tree full of felted animals in 2023! Liberty has been a professional Felter for over 14 years both in Italy and England, with lots of teaching experience and a gallery in Somerset, which has come to be known as Liberty’s Felterie. Over the years she has experimented and developed various techniques, which she loves to share so that others can really enjoy and progress their felting. Much of her work is based on birds and animals with an emphasis on giving them their own characters.
